We want you to be comfortable! We've partnered with a local hotel located 5 minutes away from the ranch. Transportation will be provided to and from the property constantly. Hotel details with check-in and check-out info will be provided in an email a few weeks prior to event date.
You are responsible for booking necessary flights. We recommend that you arrive in Texas on Thursday 1/12. Once you purchase a ticket, we will provide further information in regards to travel recomendations and transportation closer to the event.
Yes! We'll take care of lodging. We are passionate about building connections and want this to be a weekend where you establish deeper relationships with other guests. Therefore, we will carefully pair each guest with a roomate. Reach out to us with any special requests at inquiries@theweekend.fun
Yes, delicious meals, snacks and beverages will be provided; complete with vegan and vegetarian options. Once you purchase a ticket we will ask you for any dietary restrictions and / or food allergies.
